"There was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk and they told me they didn’t have one but housekeeping did but they wouldn’t be there until 9:30AM. We had to be somewhere by 9, but when we opened the door to leave at 8:30 housekeepers were already cleaning rooms down the hall. Also there were 3 of us in the room and they only gave us 2 towels."

"Great staff, clean rooms, nice decor. Free Breakfast was pretty good and plenty being refilled with variety of foods and drinks. Spacious gym, nice pool and hot tub area. Great stay!! "

"Rooms are nice but need a deep clean and new curtains. Our room had coffee stains on the wall and a thick layer of dust from the vent. The curtains were hanging in some places and ripped. The bathroom door had dog scratches in it. "

"Friendly staff, nice lobby and bar, comfortable beds, clean rooms. However, cheap pine painted furniture....desk, luggage bench and coffee bar...paint was worn off and chipped which made a nice room look worn like new furniture was needed"

"We are always happy to stay at the Hyatt Place in Boulder. Staff and facility are both excellent. Enjoy the small amenities like hot coffee and hot chocolate always available in the lobby. The gym is small but clean and the equipment is good quality. The breakfast is better than most hotels with good quality hot options as well as Chobani yogurt and fruit."

"The room was nice. The staff was very nice. The biggest issue is parking. There is a per day parking fee. This might have been acceptable were it "secured" parking. It is literally a standard parking lot like you would see at any department store, grocery store, or bank. The parking fee is ridiculous."
