"Very nice hotel for the price , Good breakfast , very nice Staff , specially the restaurant server Miguel Ramon he gives an amazing service . "

"Julio from front desk was very rude when we checked in. Rooms were as described but there’s so much mold that we didn’t want to be in the room much. Came back home sick because of the mold. Mario in the restaurant was really kind and worked so hard when we were there. Marco and Eduardo at the bar were so friendly and knew what drinks to make before we even got to the bar. I would not stay here again unless the property upgrades and gets rid of the mold in the rooms."

"The overall condition of this property was okay. I think some updates would improve the aesthetics of the hotel (wall repairs, paint job). The room was clean and spacious with a sliding door that overlooks the pool and sea which was nice to have. There was one staff member who checked us in and showed us to our room. "

"I am very discouraged use this service, I had tried many times and you or the airlines give you a price but finally , the end is you end that buying higher price trip for what you was told as a hook that has no ending prices . Finally I did it but am not happy about this manipulation of the online system . But I I do not know the details in the rear end of the online systems, I see only the front of my intelligent devise "

"The location is ideal, especially if you are going to Isla Mujeres. The property and room were exceptionally clean. The housekeepers do a great job. The bathroom amenities are very basic and few. The front desk staff would benefit from more customer service training. There's a barrier post at the cafeteria entrance, which makes it appear closed all the time. The menu was limited to eggs only. I was able to access transportation easily from the hotel, and I found the area relatively safe."
