This modern chic private 1-bedroom Basement Guest Suite is the perfect space for short or long-term stays for 1-5 people (4 adults and 1 baby). There's a fully stocked kitchen, in-suite laundry, and 1 comfortable and soft Queen size bed. With high end finishing you will have a delightful experience.
✦ You are booking the entire basement suite, not sharing. NOTE: The backyard area is not part of the booking.
✦ TV and Internet: High-speed 300 Mbps internet with wi-fi and a smart 42 in TV. No Netflix included.

The sec. deposit hold will be collected 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after check-out, assuming there is no damage to the property and all our house rules have been followed. ⫸ CANCELLATION POLICY VRBO and Expedia bookings are subject to a relaxed cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation and get a 96% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. Beautiful property and beautiful neighbourhood in every way. Large, comfortable, and fully stocked with items that I didn’t think to bring with me! Five minute drive to the Stollery Hospital. We will definitely stay here again when in Edmonton!!!

The location was absolutely perfect. The suite was beautiful and well kept. It was clean, easy to find, and was as advertised. It was the perfect location for my friend and I to stay while we were in Edmonton for a weekend course. Would recommend!

Brand new everything! All amenities were top notch. Parking in front was always available.
Forced air heating and in-floor in the bathroom made it super cozy, even when it was -45c.

I was happy to find a place to stay so close to where I was taking a course. I stayed for 6 nights with a weekend break in-between. I was relieved to discover that the pictures online accurately represented the space. It's comfy, has a great shower, a washer & dryer, and a blender (which I desperately needed as I forget my own). Since I was too exhausted after classes to do anything, I was grateful that this property is acomfortable place to be. The neighborhood is safe. The owners are extremely communicative and accommodating. I would 💯 stay again!
Daughter needed somewhere to stay before moving into a house. This fit the bill perfectly. Convenient, clean, good communication and very helpful hosts. Very happy!
