This was my second stay in a hamilton by hilton. I was travelling with my 2 adult sons and had booked a family room. I was a little disappointed by the lack of space in the room when the double bed and put u up were made up. However there was adaquate social space in the hotel. It was central city which was good.

The staff were excellent at the hotel. They were friendly and attentive. The facilities at the hotel - also great The hotel is in walking distance to local shops, bars/restaurants

Good, functional hotel. A bit far from city centre but if you don’t mind walking or taking a bus, it’s fine.

Room was lovely, but the bathroom was a little smelly. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. I didn’t feel there was enough seating for the size of the hotel though, we did have to wait a few mins for a table to become available. It’s a 15min walk to the very centre from the hotel, with eateries and cafes along the route. Overall lovely hotel and would stay again.

Unfortunately building works going on around the property which made the area dirty and noisy unfortunate we stayed when we did because everything else was a good experience

As a premium economy hotel, we always try to ensure that our guests feel at home without the fuss of some full-service hotels. Clearly, we fell short of expectation on this occasion.

Overall hotel is nice and clean. Website said managers reception but staff didn’t know anything about. Breakfast was good and nice selections. Room was clean and decent size for a European hotel. Location is walkable to Princess street if good weather. I would prefer one closer to more tourist areas and with more restaurants etc around. Overall nice hotel.

Lovely hotel in general and good breakfast put on each morning of our stay. However, the mattress was extremely hard and we woke up feeling quite sore. Most rooms are also separated with an adjoined door which is locked and Safe. We could hear the people next door cough and move around so if you were next door to anyone more noisey or people with children you would hear pretty much everything as it is only two doors separating the rooms. The bus stop was right outside and was Great to get around the city on bus 34 and 35. It was also 10 minutes walk to train and bus station to get back to the airport. Good overall but wouldn't stay again because of the mattress as we did not get restful sleep the whole weekend.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great stay. The hotel is a bit further from the main part than we anticipated - 15 min walk - however this didn’t really affect us. The hotel was quiet, safe and clean. Breakfast had an array of choices! Will definitely return.

Nice hotel and while not outstanding everything was good. It was a little further out of the city centre than I would have liked, most dining options were half a mile or more walk. The price was good though, probably because of the location.

Free buffet breakfast was good. They had the body lotion dispenser in showet area instead of a conditioner. Staff did come and check it but never really did anything to replace it for the duration of our stay.

We have stayed here a few times as close to family. Great staff and a fine breakfast. Clean rooms and good shower. Close to transport but easily walkable, plenty of good food/drink and retail nearby. Always feel happy when I walk into the reception here and collect my key.

The pillows were really terrible, but the staff are amazing they’re very accommodating. My daughter slept on the sofa bed - but it was very bumpy and uncomfortable, no mini fridge or complimentary water or cookies? Location is great, not that far from the city. Overall our stay was nice.
