Clean, spacious, and new. The bedrooms and living area were comfortable and relaxing. The gym, pool, and other amenities were inviting and well decorated. Front desk service was average and not the most inviting. The front desk agent didn’t exude confidence when we asked questions and gave us 2 keys that didn’t work when we initially arrived. Our valet experience was disappointing. Neither attendant offered to assist with our baggage when we checked in/out. When we arrived to the valet curb nobody approached our vehicle, we had to wave them down and walk up the ramp. Another guest had similar experience later that evening when we were outside waiting for our Uber and she asked us how to get ahold of valet/parking assistance because nobody was in the valet booth. Overall, the property has tremendous potential. It’s beautiful and conveniently located. It’s a shame that the service is lacking. The team did the minimum. I hope management dials in on training customer experience in the future. For such a colorful and vibrant property, the service simply does not align. The nightly rate was a great deal for the 2 bedroom we booked. I would consider staying again in the future in hopes that they get the customer service flow down.

I had an awesome stay at the Motif. At first it seemed I was the only one staying there which was nice to have the pool to myself. I like the restaurants close by including the velvet taco and Midtown cafe which are walking distance. Only about a 20 minute walk to broadway as well. Clean rooms and staff was great! I’ll miss Nashville

So when we first walked in we were told that they overbooked and gave our room away. She told me they had no other rooms with balconies available. So of course, we asked how this could happen and all the things but there wasn’t as great answer. We then asked to talk with the manager, she told us after waiting about 20/30 minutes that there is an electrical issue with our room. They are trying to fix it but if we could wait a little longer it should be fixed. At this point, we were so confused. Which was it, the room was given away or an electrical issue?! They never told us the problem but room was now available all the sudden. Everything was going well until the next morning, where we found ants all over our snacks and counter. They did come spray but after that we just didn’t feel overly comfortable cooking there. The beds were kinda hard and the air flow could have been better.. am ceiling fans. Overall, we had a good time but were just thrown off by the beginning and the lack of communication from the manager.

The stay was nice outside the parking. Any hotel especially one this nice should have parking available for their guest. There was an option for valet parking at an additional 39.00 nightly or parking along the streets.

We traveled with our puppy for the first time and the staff and facilities were very dog friendly and kind! Will definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed the hotel but did find odd things in my room that made it feel less comfortable. The beds were not overly comfortable but was great to be in a quiet area with polite staff.
