"Lovely hotel. We have only ever been while it’s under construction. So we hope that one of our future stays will be once the work is done. Spacious rooms. Clean. Thoughtful personal products - the robe and slippers were a great touch. It’s close to so many great sights, restaurants and more. The only negative we had this trip is that our room smelled. Can’t explain what it smelled like but it was not pleasant. We also didn’t bother calling to change the room as we weren’t that bothered. Oh, the parking situation at the hotel is a bit of a nightmare and trying to get into the front of the hotel with the construction both there and on the street is brutal. We knew this and parked at Ottawa city hall then walked over with our things. We will stay here again."

"Great location, perfect for exploring Ottawa. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. If we are ever in Ottawa again we would definitely stay here again!"
