Dawn was a wonderful, thoughtful host. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. The Burnside rooms were clean and comfortable. It was too small for 3 people but we made do. Would highly recommend!

Quiet Auberge located not so far of downtown Wakefield. The host is so gentle and nice, nice attention and welcoming. The Breakfast menu is awesome, Waffles were so delicious. For music fans, the folk music scene is very exciting and Blacksheep has just reopened!

We'd stayed here once before 7 years ago and I couldn't remember the name. We happened to re-book there this year and were so excited when we pulled in the driveway and realized where we were. The host is wonderful, the room was perfect, the breakfast options were amazing. I just cannot say enough good things.

The host was amazing. She met me in the parking lot even before my check-in time since I was parking there earlier in the morning. She was incredibly friendly and helpful with pointers on where to go and what to do. Room is cozy and quaint. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing 1 night stay. Our hostess was amazing with her dedication to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Her communication with us before, during and after the stay was incredible. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our morning breakfast included everything to make it a healthy meal. We definatel recommend this property.

This was the perfect B&B for a getaway in Wakefield. The room was clean, cozy and had all the necessary amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, utensils, glasses, etc. The bed and futon were very comfortable and even the kids slept well. Obviously there is a bit of noise since this is a B&B in a century old house but ear plugs work very well for light sleepers! The B&B in located right in the heart of Wakefield and is walking distance to the main road with all the restaurants and shops. It is also 2 mins drive to Vorlage ski hill. Dawn (the owner) was absolutely lovely and catered to everything we needed. the breakfast was like a gourmet meal and took into account my husband's allergies. We look forward to returning to this place!

Where to begin - Dawn makes you feel like you're at home! Room was wonderful. We had the Black Sheep Room which was very comfy even with our private washroom opposite the room! We were able to walk everywhere, small beach and quay for a swim, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy (if needed). Auberge a wonderful place to chill where Dawn allows us access to a firepit in the evening, a hammock in the yard, as well as a sunny patio to have our yummy breakfast. Designer sandwiches were the most delicious I've had! Thank you Dawn - we'll be back to Auberge Mon Petit Chum!
