The location of this hotel, in the French Quarter , is ideal. Its very easy to walk to tourist sites or pickup locations. The hotel is very clean. There is no elevator so if you are staying here with heavy luggage request a room downstairs.

Our stay at Place d'Armes was great! The location is absolutely perfect. It's walking distance to the main streets like Bourbon but far away enough that it isn't loud at night. The hotel itself has a beautiful courtyard and pool area which looks so much better in person than in the photos. The staff were also fantastic and friendly. We loved our stay

We booked here as options during Mardi Gras were limited. While it was rather tired, it was overall a good experience. Breakfast and evening drinks/snacks were targeted at a more mass audience, but served us well enough. Location for parades was good, and an easy walk to key sights. Service was very helpful.

I love staying here. They always make you feel at home. It’s very clean. The service is amazing. They allow me to check in early after working night shift. My favorite place to stay.

Stayed in a little self contained apartment on the ground floor, 3 minutes walk to bourbon Street, staff were extremely helpful, I'd recommend this to anyone,

The unit was great except the aircon is very noisy and the hot water takes a long time to arrive. Other wise is was a great room. I would stay there again.

The property was very clean and modern and the parking was great Marlene on the front desk was the best The only disappointing thing is that there is no breakfast

Very friendly staff at check-in and throughout our stay.We had a room with a balcony looking toward Bourbon Street. Everything is within walking distance from the Hotel

We chose this hotel because it had free parking on site and was convenient to the streetcar, and we were very happy with our choice. It was clean and comfortable. A nice continental breakfast was available. I would stay here again if ever in New Orleans.

Great location, walking distance to all the French Quarter offers and cable car options very close. We had breakfast included in the package and it was excellent.
