"The room was clean and had laundry facilities which were excellent. It was also quiet, roomy and located in a great location. The only downside was in receiving hot water. There is a button on the shower facet that needs to stay depressed to get hot water in the shower. When depressed it still takes 5-10 minutes of running the shower before hot water is available thus wasting quite a bit of water. We even called maintenance and moved rooms twice - all the same. Therefore needed to plan for showers and be prepared to waste water while waiting for the hot water."

"Very disappointing stay. The area around the hotel had a very strong trash smell throughout the streets nearby, which made the experience unpleasant. The valet service was especially disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and when I requested my car, it was left near a trash area instead of the hotel entrance, with little assistance or communication. I had to carry and load luggage on my own, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, there was confusion regarding the pet fee, which added unnecessary stress to the stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations."

"They use pictures of other rooms on their listings , in our case we clicked on the room style “ one bedroom suite with balcony “. The pictures of it that then loaded ( we checked on all the travel sites and they do this on every single one) were of a room with a fireplace, an enormous bathtub and marble bathroom, and a large dining table, and it plainly stated on our confirmation stated 800 and some odd square feet and a 55 inch tv. NONE of which we had One front desk clerk told us those are not even their hotel. The other told us “ thats our presidential suite and you can’t have that “ We do expect to be shown pictures, even if dated our doctored, of the actual room we chose. And at least the listed amenities listed under that room style. What we did receive, was a suite, with a motel six style bathroom, a coffee maker that didnt work, lamps that didnt work, harsh fluorescent lighting, with an interior balcony over enormous air conditioning and exhaust fans that were loud even with the door closed. We received absolutely zero response or even apologies much less consideration when we voiced this "
