Potawatomi Hotel & Casino

"My wife and I arrived at the hotel and parked in the parking structure then proceeded into the casino to inquire about where to check in. The casino had an awful stench to it, it hurt the sinuses, and smelled horrible. We were saying to each other if the room smells like this we are not staying. After checking in and finding out valet was free for guests, we had them park our vehicle and proceeded to our room not knowing what to expect. The room was clean, well presented and didn't smell bad. So we decided to give it a try. By the next morning the bad smell had dissapated a bit, could still smell it, but wasn't as painful to breathe. Still don't know what that smell was The food is grossly over priced, so we ate elsewhere. The casino didn't seem very exciting either, people seemed like they were not enjoying themselves, (maybe because they were losing so much money?), overall, without the smelly cabin, the experience was good."

"Its crazy that you have to pay for a breakfast that's free at most other hotels. For the cost of this place we could've stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a free breakfast identical, if not better, than the breakfast that was served here and cost money. Other than that it was an excellent stay, beautiful room, helpful staff."

"What a gem! I was very surprised by how lovely the place was…clean, renovated, charming, convenient, parking on site, easy access, great location, and surprise!—there’s a fantastic little bar/Hang-out in the “lobby”! Met the owner and a couple bartenders that were so professional and welcoming… The whole experience was telling of my experience in Milwaukee…I came for a triathlon, but was so enamored by the whole city-the architecture, the cleanliness, the parking, the restaurants…my whole long weekend was as pleasurable as possible. I highly recommend the Dubble Dutch AND Milwaukee! Thanks to the staff and the management for a truly great experience. 10/10"
