with a $25 fee. The property needs updating and looks rundown in certain areas. There is trash all around the parking lot. The room smelled terrible upon arrival, like old food. Once we had the AC on for a while, most of the bad smell went away. The room, walls, and bedding looked dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable. The floor was sticky. "Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"
