Note this review is after a nights stay on the " Contractors" side-Wing of the hotel and now moved to the opposite side-wing. Rm. Clean, All functional, Staff was Great, Only downside lack of hot water, slow drains, even the tub. Excellent Daily Breakfast and Dinners Mon-Wed. 2 Thumbs up to the Cooking staff!

Room itself should not be rented out, Door looked to be pride open, hallway visible from inside and security latch was bent and useless, Used silverware in drawer, Ripped drapes from bottom to top Lamps and power outlets not working-bedroom, one bed was broken and had a huge sag in the middle- like a old mattress, bathroom sink barley drained and black scum from overflow hole was flooding into sink- YUK and a health risk! On a side note: Next day explained to the mgr. and she did refund half the room cost and moved me to the "Better" wing of the hotel.

I don’t know if it was expedia or Staybridge with the issues but I paid online before coming to check into my hotel, get there and they said I owe the entire stay. I spent 2 hours trying to resolve this to have to cancel my stay because either way I was going to be double charged.

This was our second stay and everything was wonderful as was the first time. Rooms are clean and well stocked for a small meal, very roomy and the staff goes above and beyond. Dinner and breakfast was very good with plenty of choices!

The bathroom was dirty and so were the sheets. My ironing board broke and I needed to iron my clothes. I asked for it at 9 in the morning and no one showed up with it until night time. It was freezing outside with a snow blizzard and heat was not working. Toilet overflowed.
