"I stayed here for a business trip which was a week in total. Excellent customer service. The front desk will effectively ensure anything you need is taken care of. The rooms are solid given they have far more resources than the average hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here my next trip to Louisville. "

"Unit was equipped with a small kitchenette- but great breakfast was served in common area on first floor, including egg/potato sausage and biscuits and gravy. Fruit cereal and juices available, in addition to coffee. Staff worked hard to make sure things were well stocked. The room was comfortable and shower was good!"

"Checking in the credit card they used didn’t work and I was asked to pay myself after I had already paid. I messaged through vrbo…which came up leavetown instead of vrbo…. But they called the front desk and it was straightened out. It was difficult to be put in that position at the end of a long drive. I would recommend contacting the property directly. It was a great stay with comfortable beds, outdoor pool, fridge, dishwasher, stove and kitchenette supplies. I would stay again."

"The property was conveniently located and nice. The unit was as pictured, however it was filthy. There was a teapot which had been used to cook rice left on the counter. The interior of the pot was filled with mold. The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum of cooking items. The check in process was horrible."
