"I stayed here for a business trip which was a week in total. Excellent customer service. The front desk will effectively ensure anything you need is taken care of. The rooms are solid given they have far more resources than the average hotel.

"Fantastic if slightly quirky property as we were told was previously the largest Disco Ball factory in the USA if not the World
Every member of staff we dealt with from check-in to check out be it front desk, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful I would recommend this highly if you want to stay in Louisville in a lovely part of town with some great local bars and coffee shops but only 10 mins in a cab if you want to go to Downtown

"Upon checking in, I told Sharone it was our 44th Anniversary and we come to The Omni after spending the day at the KY State Fair. This was our 6th year returning. Not long after we were in our room, we heard a knock on the door.
It was Sharone with a gift bag and two 4 gold balloons, denoting our anniversary! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bob’s Steak House at the Omni. Service was super and the dinner superb! "
