"Everything GREAT, will stay here again. Only two minor complaints: breakfast seemed overpriced, but plenty of options in the neighborhood; and the wifi connection was a little convoluted compared to other hotels. But otherwise excellent hotel. Great room."

"Fantastic if slightly quirky property as we were told was previously the largest Disco Ball factory in the USA if not the World
Every member of staff we dealt with from check-in to check out be it front desk, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful I would recommend this highly if you want to stay in Louisville in a lovely part of town with some great local bars and coffee shops but only 10 mins in a cab if you want to go to Downtown

"Upon checking in, I told Sharone it was our 44th Anniversary and we come to The Omni after spending the day at the KY State Fair. This was our 6th year returning. Not long after we were in our room, we heard a knock on the door.
It was Sharone with a gift bag and two 4 gold balloons, denoting our anniversary! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bob’s Steak House at the Omni. Service was super and the dinner superb! "
"Front desk person was friendly and welcoming. He even told us where to park. We had an oversized vehicle. Rooms were clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was perfect. Great place to stay. "

"The property is very nice and communication with the host was outstanding. We enjoyed our stay, and it is close to everything. The rental has beautiful, exposed brick and is very welcoming. Stairs are steep for access, but it's an older building and is expected. The only issue is something the property and host have no control over which is the noise from the street after midnight. The pizza place stays open until 5a.m. and people on the street can be loud. A box fan could be used to drown out the outside atmosphere. However, this should not be a stopper as the host and property a set to make the guest(s) feel welcomed and relaxed."
