"Great property and great view of the beach. Downsides was the Windows restaurant was a complete letdown and the benefits of getting discounts with our stay wasn't clearly defined. Particularly the gym access, the grand pric discount and water park discount."

"We had a great stay at Best Western in Myrtle beach! Perfect location to check out the Pirates voyage dinner show. As well unexpected suprise of having the Arcade next door which made it fun for visiting after the show. The hotel itself was clean and the lady at check in was very friendly. We checked out the pool but didnt use it as it was late at night. Wouldn't definitly stay here again as its perfect for a short stay."

"The only bad thing was that people “save” lounge chairs at the pool by putting hotel towels on them in the morning. Many put towels at 8am and didn’t come to the pool until the afternoon. Some customers were hostile about their “saved” loungers. Wish there was a way for the hotel to regulate this. There are cabanas for rent, but not many were rented d/t cost."

"I will be honest and start out by saying the first day was not great. The first unit we were in was horrible. The beds were like cement. It was dark and dreary and honestly we were going somewhere else if they did not move us. After one really sleepless night my husband went down and spoke with them and they moved us to another unit. This one was bright and cheery and the beds were much, much better. You could see the ocean from the balcony and it was clean and had a nice kitchen. There were dishes and pots and pans and a coffeemaker. That is why I am giving them and excellent. They made it right when there was a problem."
