"Had a late arrival upon check-in and was given an upstairs room which hard on me as I am experiencing mobility issues. Fortunately I was able to park right next to the stairs and my room was right at the top of the stairs. Overall, the room was very nice and clean plus I had a quiet night's sleep. "There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. There was a note with a number to call if help was needed. Staff did arrive within a few minutes for check in. When I went to check out there was no one at the front desk. The same note was there with a basket to put keys in. "
