This Best Western is a great place to stay for a night if you are traveling. Affordable and close to places to eat and fuel up. The rooms are nice and clean at this hotel. Overall a good place to stay if you need a hotel for a night.

This was iur second year staying here and we love it. Friendly staff, clean hotel. We walk to 287 Restaurant for great food and friendly service.

Sanitation issues at this location. When asked for assistance we were met with a overwhelmed employee unable to offer any solution at the location. We are hoping to speak with a mananger for a solution.

Nice bed but hotel is getting run down

The beds were very comfortable. The room was fine except the bathrooms are small. The pool is very clean however, it is not warm. The paint is peeling very badly on the bottom of the pool and it feels very gross in the bottom of your feet. The hot tub is nice and warm but the jets don’t work. The breakfast was disgusting and meat didn’t look cooked through. The desk employee was very sweet. It just looks like not a lot of effort is made by the hotel owners is keeping up maintenance.

This is not a brand new hotel. It has been remodeled and well used afterwards. It is time for another remodel at this point.

Not like the old days

I had bad luck on this trip..first at a Motel 6 and then at Best Western. I spent more on this thinking it would be much better than Motel 6. Well, definitely not like Best Western of the past: Food in the frig from the past guest, stairs going to the second level were disgustingly dirty, chair in the room would not be accepted by Goodwill. One good thing was staying in Snyder, TX at a Baymont (not through Hotels.com)..it was perfect.

They advertise pool and gym and continental breakfast! The pool was dirty and out of service, the gym was dirty and damaged equipment and nothing to wipe down the equipment, and the last morning that we stayed the staff had not hot breakfast, the milk was expired. Then the cleaning lady told us we were supposed to leave, I told her we had reservations for one more day and she said we needed to go to the front desk I told her I would so she sat outside our room door and listened to music very loud while sitting ther . So I went to the front desk to see if there was a problem with our reservations and they said no your good . So I told the lady at the desk well your cleaning lady said we were supposed to check out and is sitting outside our door listening to music really loud on her phone waiting . Her response was (oh)

The non-smoking room I reserved smelled so bad of smoke. I’m pretty sure it was not non-smoking. It was in the sheets, drapes, carpet, etc. The room we were in was surrounded by people that live there full time and seemed sketchy. When we first arrived the people on the second floor were cooking on their grill outside of their room. You could see the flames from the parking lot. My niece moved the pillows on her bed and found dead bugs. It was disgusting and all of us felt unsafe. We even pushed the chair in front of the door just to be safe because the swinging lock think that you have on the inside was so lose my husband tried using a key to tighten the screws.

As we were driving to the hotel the hotel called and said there was no room available for the day, we booked the hotel 2 weeks before our trip. WE told them to find us a room, they called and said there was a smoking room, we said we would take it even though we are not smokers. They called back later and said even that room was not available. They sent us to the red roof inn next door.
