"Good property and great location. Staff needs to speak with guest, most of the time the confusion or question needs to be put in email and response is after 3-4 days. If you have everything figured out, it is great property but if you are stuck or have questions, good luck getting that sorted out. Moreover, expedia and limehome did not pass the complete booking details for which there is a confusion on guest count, etc."

The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer at checkin and in assisting with a room change to the less sunny side of the building. Late July stay brought very warm temperatures. "Das Gebäude ist nicht neu, wird aber gepflegt. Die S-Bahn hinterm Haus fährt nachts nicht. Die Hausdame ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Hier fühle ich mich wirklich als Gast willkommen. Immer wieder gerne!"

"It's luxurious place when I lived here. Comfortable bed and convenient facilities and safe accommodation are important for us. More important must be clean and the place could give us everything. Recommended it."

"Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again."
