Every single one was exceptionally kind and friendly and helpful, especially Alan at the front desk and the housekeeping manager and housekeeping staff. "Perfect place to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik. Convenient to excursion meeting points and great restaurants. Less than 5 min walk to Pile Gate. Tomas is an attentive host. He checked in a few times to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. He also helped arrange our airport transfer. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Dubrovnik! 10/10"

"Nikolina was a wonderful host, and oriented us to everything, she met us at the gate and walked us to the hotel. She arranged for her husband to pick us up at the airport. One of the best beaches is just behind the hotel through a portal in the wall and steps away, the hotel is away from the crowds and noise and yet close to everything. Wifi really didn't work on our floor until our last day but there were a table and chairs just one floor down we could use to get online. Our TV didn't work,...
