The perfect location for exploring the old town. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. The shower was terrific and the ac worked well. A few stairs but we were able to get assistance with our luggage. A really great stay - would definitely recommend.

Immaculately clean room with many comforts provided. Probably the best room ever. The only setback is the stairs… lots for older guests but part of the integrity of this historic building.

The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel. No elevator as we were on the 3rd floor. Bags were handled by the staff, which was very helpful. Make sure your cab leaves you at the Pile gate, not the other gate(tons of steps)

The hotel has an excellent level of communication to ensure a smooth check in. They offer a shuttle service to/from the airport and even help you with your bags as it’s a vehicle free zone, and it’s a bit of a walk to the hotel from the gate. Make sure to download whatsapp as it’s their preferred platform and where they’ll send you links to all food and tourist recommendations. The hotel rooms are beautiful with highly stylish fixtures and furniture. We highly recommend and will return soon!

This room was phenomenal and the staff were genuinely so helpful. I cannot find a fault with this place and I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs! I’d highly recommend this to anyone!

This place is amazing. Great customer service, in fact they picked us up from the airport last minute after our Viator transport canceled us. Our room was stunning, the a/c, thoughtful toiletries and linens were very nice. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Yes, there are lots of stairs, but it’s worth it!! Highly recommend!!

The place is newly renovated and clean. It is inside the walled Old Town and walkable to most tourist spots, shops, and eating spots. The location is close to the main street and does not involve a lot of steps going to the hotel (Dubrovnik is a city of steps/stairs, just FYi) but has some stairs inside going to the room. Just ask to be dropped off by the Ploce gate. The service is great, they respond to my inquiries promptly. Excellent stay overall.

Great location and comfortable room ….but the curtains are not blackout. In fact the room at night with curtains drawn is almost brighter than the room during the day. Made it very difficult to sleep. Paper thin walls and can hear everything above you. No water in the room either. For what claims to be “five stars”, a lot is left to be desired

Was an amazing stay. The decor and design of the room was perfect, and the staff was really friendly and helped us with all questions ans gave us great ideas on what to do in town. Will definitely visit again when i am near!

We loved the central location, the cleanliness and all the supplies in case you forgot anything. It was so romantic as well. However if one person wants to have a bath the other person will get a cold shower. But still I would stay here again.

The room was beautiful. We loved the area it was in as it was so convenient to get to the pile gate and then walk to all the restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Dubrovnik again!
