"A wonderful, new boutique hotel where we stayed 5 nights in May - about 5 minutes walk from the main Pile gate, just far enough away from the maddening crowds. The staff were superb - super friendly and competent. The physical hotel is beautiful with great finishes and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad number of gourmet quality selections - you can always tell by how delicious each orange, fig, and blueberry is on the fruit plate. Hotel will be opening their restaurants...

"Excellent place to stay just a few minutes walk to the old town.
Just be aware, there are quite a few steps to negotiate to get down to the old town and back.
Communication with our host was very good.
We arrived late in the evening and walked straight into our apartment after a simple WhatsApp message whilst we were on our way from the airport.
Our host was extremely accommodating and an excellent complimentary bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival.

"Location was perfect. We had everything we needed. Air conditioning was great. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen is basic but suited our needs. Loved having balcony as were able to be nosey and watch all the Pile Gate goings on. Would stay again for sure. Amazing views, highly recommend."

"The location was excellent for exploring Dubrovnik, just outside the Pile Gate, steps to the Fortress steps and a small beach for swimming. The restaurant Dubrovka, very close, was really good. The third bedroom is a firm “futon” and o Lu suitable for one. The apt has two full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs which was not expected."

"I have only great things to say about this place. The location was perfect, located on a quiet street but just a 5 minute walk from all of the action. Bus stops were also nearby which was a bonus. The room was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!"
