I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. the location is fantastic. Hotel is very clean , and service was great. My special thanks to Nicoletta who made me feel at home and helped with everything I needed ( transfer, advices etc). I was very happy with my choice of hotel. It definitely every dollar I spent.

Lovely property in the Old town of Dubrovnik. Great location near the main square and exit to the water. Nikolina is a very helpful host. She let us check in early when we got to Dubrovnik and can organize airport drop off for you. Has laundry service and luggage storage if needed. She has a very cute pug as well! Would stay again.

I have a late check in that the hotel kindly accommodated. The person running it is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Location is actually amazing. Next to cathedral but tucked in a corner that is quiet. It’s few mins walk to any of the major attractions and great restaurants.

Close to the Spanish steps and minutes from the main road but inside the city and up steps. Be prepared to walk 10-12 minutes to get there then climb up steps to your room. Rooms are dark but comfortable and air conditioning works well. The owner is so so helpful and delightful. Just that rooms are dark and have no natural light. Cats around so if you are allergic, that may be an issue though they don’t come in the rooms.

Well what can I say what a little gem this was to find!! Absolutely amazing, right in the heart of old town but up a quiet street however a stones throw away from wherever you need to go! And what can I say about Natalie (sorry may have spelt this wrong 😬😂)…the owner she was amazing and oh so ever helpful and lovely…plus Ron the little hotel pug dog, just adds to all the charm of this old townhouse…walls are 400 years if I am not mistaken! Anyway, the point is I would not stay anywhere else when I go back, such a charming place. If I could give more stars I would 😊

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! The hotel has a great location in the old town. Nikolina was extremely helpful and had great recommendations! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I highly recommend doing the airport shuttle offered by the hotel because she meets you and helps guide you to the hotel (which may be tricky to find on your own the first time). You are a 5 minute walk or less to everything you want to see, just be ready to walk a few stairs!

This is an absolutely FABULOUS hotel in Old Town! Nikolas is so FANTASTIC and helpful with recommendations, upkeep, and generally making sure you have the best stay possible in Dubrovnik! The room was a decent size, the shower had great pressure, and the room stayed dark, if needed. The location is so great to do ALL the things in Old Town and an easy walk to Uber pick ups. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The room was very clean. Nikolina was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful one. Air conditioning was excellent. While you don't get outside noise when the windows are shut, you can hear noises from within the villa in your room. This was the only downside.

Location is awesome! Inside the wall, steps from Kings Landing (Jesuit steps), the Buza bar, the museums n main cathedral & of course tons of restaurants. Short walk to the gate where the ferry leaves for Lokrum & a 6-7 min walk from Pile gate even with suitcases. Yet a slightly off to the side street, which was a bit smelly of cats, but is a quiet residential street. Most other streets hv restaurants & bars downstairs which we wouldn’t hv liked at all. We were on the 2nd floor. Shutters made the room dark plus the glass windows made it super quiet for sleeping. AC was cold, lots of hot water and pressure great! Mattress was ok but new pillows are needed. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay-beds made/trash out wld hv been nice but no biggie, small room but we could open our 1 medium n 1 small suitcase which we couldn’t in our prior higher-end hotel in Korcula. Bathroom even smaller…but we were hardly in our room except for pit stops n to sleep. Loved having a tea kettle n cups in the room. Nikolina, the owner, was chill, very helpful and flexible. We arrived on an early ferry from Korcula to Dubrovnik. She made sure she was there to check us in and our room was ready. She arranged for our airport departure taxi at 4am where the driver met us at the hotel n helped carry one suitcase as well. If you want a pool, beachfront, sea view etc. you’ll want to go with a larger hotel chain outside the walls. But for a quiet, basic but clean stay Nikolina’s place is great!

Nikolina greeted us at the gate, and walked us to the property which is ideally situated for all the sights. She gave us lots of information and recommendations for restaurants and recommended the Dubrovnik pass which saved on the sights and gave discounts on some restaurants. Nikolina’s husband picked us up at the airport and dropped us back for our return flight which was great. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate and very clean. Overall an excellent stay and nothing was too much trouble for Nikolina and would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks you for a fabulous few days.
