"staff, easy parking, convenient, even though the rooms are old, don't have electric sockets USA friendly, it's mainly catering to Europeans, I live in Chicago, but struggled to have sockets for my devices which is from USA, breakfast was good. Staff extremely polite and professional. Room service good"

"We had a lovely 2 night stay. The check-in was efficient and friendly, and we will received an upgrade to a stunning room with a view over the sea and palm. The hotel is energetic with lots going on. It’s great for kids, we did the water park and post chambers, which were great fun. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with pastries a particular highlight. We ate in Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street, and although the food as just ok, the service was brilliant and they had a great musician and a little play area for our daughter. They were very welcoming and friendly. I also had a beer in the South American themed restaurant (I forget the name) and the live music and band was top drawer. I would recommend this hotel for a few days of fun for everyone. "

"The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent, terrific and knowledgeable staff, and nice size rooms. The in-house breakfast at Sofia's is an excellent value. My only issue is that it is on the fringe of Business Bay, which makes it a bit far from the Dubai Mall and even the metro stop. We love to walk so we actually walked the distances all the time but just be aware of this if you are not mobile."
