We had a lovely stay and I would recommend, but for a 5* hotel the sunbeds by the pool and beach were terrible - probably the worst I’ve ever experienced and screamed cheap and tacky. Otherwise the room, buffet, staff etc were all wonderful and we had a fantastic stay.
It was a shame there were so many children around screaming but this is of no fault of the hotel and parents should be warned about this behaviour being unacceptable in a 5* hotel

The Club Room was perfect for our needs – spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Having access to the Club Lounge was a real bonus too, offering a relaxing space to unwind with complimentary refreshments throughout the day.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and ideally located for exploring the area. Staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with any queries or requests.
The only downside for us was the pool area – while clean and well-maintained, it's quite small and unfortunately only gets a couple of hours of sunshine each day due to being surrounded by taller buildings. It’s not the spot for a full day of sunbathing, but nice enough for a quick dip.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return, especially for the comfort of the Club Room and the added touches that made it feel like a real treat.
