"Loved the place, great amenities, nice cool air conditioning, spacious rooms & comfortable bed. However there was construction right behind our room. I had booked 5 nights on a non refundable rate, after paying in full I then receive a message via Expedia from the hotel advising of the construction during my stay. Had this been mentioned on the hotel page when booking I would not have booked this place. I did complain about this to the hotel & they blamed Expedia and vise versa. I ended checking out 1 day earlier due to the noise. I was grieving the loss of my mother whom we just buried and I needed peace & quiet, not this noise. "
