"The hotel was nice and clean and looked to be fairly new or at least kept up very well. We got upgraded to a corner room on the 18th floor that gave us amazing views of the city. The only complaint is the elevator set up is kind of odd. You have to take one elevator up to the lobby walk across and get into a second set of elevators. Considering everything else this is extremely minor especially once you get the hang of it."
