" The hotel itself was really nice and in a great location if you want to be close to popular spots in Brickell. However, the experience was kind of ruined by the staff. The people working at the pool were rude, and the staff at the restaurant on the pool level were the same way. Also, if you’re planning to wear a cute or fashionable outfit, be careful.. they might not even let you in. They definitely gave off a “better than everyone” vibe, which wasn’t it at all."
