The hotel staff was very accommodating and kindly stored my luggage since I arrived well before check-in time. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of District 1, just a short walk from Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast was good, offering a wide variety of choices. My stay was very pleasant, and I will definitely return when I plan my next visit to Saigon.

Room was adequate. The bed was comfortable. Closet space is lacking. We found a small spot to hang clothes behind the wall of the headboard of the bed. The pool was disappointing. The location was 5*. We had a medical issue and the front desk manager was extremely helpful and gave us guidance on where to seek excellent medical attention.
