"We wanted something that was walking distance to downtown and the lake. This property gave both. We were able to walk to different parts of the lake from this property and easy walking to the main downtown/ Martine Museum. There is a full kitchen with most supplies. The layout of the place was nice as well. The bridge that goes over the Black River is right outside and it didn’t affect our sleeping. I even brought ear plugs just incase and never used them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay....

"We came for a girls weekend for my mom’s 70th. We had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. The host Chad was very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect, walkable to almost everything. We hope to be back for a future stay."

"Neat little studio above a garage. Quiet neighborhood but an 8 minute walk has you in town to take advantage of shopping, restaurants, and adult beverages. Very comfortable king bed. Nice sized mini fridge for leftovers and drinks. Water pressure in the shower is…strong. Nicely furnished. Wifi (35 Mbps) is fine. Note: there is no dishwasher in the unit, even though messages I received referred to one. Would certainly stay here again when next in Saugatuck."

"I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

"The property was as described. Very convenient booking and great communication. The location was superb, we could park our car and walk to dining, shops, and entertainment. It was a short drive to Holland, beautiful walking trails and the multiple vineyards. I would definitely recommend booking this property. I would suggest putting a tub mat in the bottom of the tub as my husband slipped multiple times using the shower, and he isn’t an old guy. Thank you for your hospitality."

"I stayed at the condo in Douglas for 4 nights. Loved the location, close walk to lake shore, 10 min walk to Farmers Deli and downtown Douglas. I even challenged myself to walk to downtown Saugatuck, was little long about 45 min one way. Very spacious and bright condo, it has everything you need to stay for just a weekend or longer. Very nicely updated kitchen, freshly painted. It was pretty quiet, I didn’t hear any neighbors from upstairs. Carpet could use a shampoo, I saw some stains and shower...

"Cozy house great for the whole family! The location is beautiful and our kids loved watching the deer, turkeys and birds right in the backyard. The accommodations are good but there were quite a few things that need improvement. The bathroom upstairs didnt lock and the bathtub did not drain. The king size beds are two twins put together and if you sit on the edge they almost flipover. There is also an ant problem so we could not leave anything on the kitchen counters for more than a few minutes....
