"Everything was awesome - breakfast, the room, the beds, all great. Except for one thing - we booked for 5 people, and the room only had 3 towels in it. We asked the front desk for more and they happily provided, but the next day when the room was cleaned, only 3 towels were left and we had to ask the front desk again - happened each time the room was cleaned. It was strange that it kept happening."
