Everything was perfect except the fact that the cleaning/housekeeping staff threw out a pair of shoes from the room.
I have tried contacting the hotel several different times through several different avenues and have not received a response. I reported this issue as soon as we noticed with the hotel staff who were initially helpful.

Great free breakfast: savoury and sweet options. Free freshly baked cookies from 4pm-10pm!
Room was clean and had all the amenities: towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc. Air conditioning is good in the roomZ Lighting in room not very bright, only lamps and wall sconces but not a problem.
24 hour laundry service is handy, although the soap machine wasn’t working. However, CVS is only a walk away.
Close to iHop and Arby’s.
Easy to get picked up by RideShare vehicles.

Fantastic clean hotel with everything you could need. I think it must be fairly new as our taxi didn’t know the name of it but the address was simple to find.
The room was spacious and we really liked the extra seating space. Shower was roomy as well. The staff were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here with the bedroom and extra space for the couch and desk area. Not much to do in walking distance (especially in the heat) for families, if I don’t have a car uber is best and also uber eats. Hotel doesn’t provide bottled water but provides ‘snacks’ in afternoons. Swimming pool ok, could be a bit more cleaner… but ok. Breakfast is great.

The service was good and location was good. They provided free a free van service that went to shopping close by and had an external bus company do Disney and universal drop offs, but the timing for some of them were not ideal. There is also many shops close by such as supermarkets and diners and the hotel offered free breakfast buffet. Only issues was difficult access to water after breakfast and noisy neighbours.
