Exceptional! Hotel Van Cleef is pure magic. The divine hotel itself, the amazing staff, the location. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bruges is a magnificent town, and this hotel is the perfect place to stay there.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Canal Deluxe. Our room was bursting with character and was in a beautiful spot overlooking a quiet canal. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were absolutely lovely. The location was perfect for us, only a few minutes walk from the busier streets but lovely and quiet. Highly recommended

This is a lovely small hotel right in the middle of historic Bruges. Beautiful room and breakfast.

David is such a wonderful host at this beautifully appointed, atmospheric b&b. The gothic Pasionarta room was brimming with history - as well as being very comfortable. This home’s location is perfectly central for sightseeing and restaurants and, as part of the museum complex, has nighttime security that makes for beautifully serene sleep. The fresh and healthy breakfast is the best we’ve ever encountered at a b&b, and the nutritious but delicious ‘breakfast dessert’ is a brilliant innovation....

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is compact,beautifully maintained and within a very leasurely stroll of the tourist parts of town. The staff were helpful and friendly and conversations in English were not a problem. Breakfast is perfect with genuine and personalised care for what you wanted Rooms may have been a bit warm but it's easier to cool a room than heat a cold one. Only suggestions would be to have a simple head height fitting added to the bathroom for the hand held...

From the minute you walk through the doors, you are greeted by exceptional staff that know what real hospitality is all about. You will be shown to your room and how to enjoy all of its amenities. You are given privacy and service which I have not experienced in many years of travelling.I will not give away the little touches as this is part of the charm and excitement of staying in this hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel for your next stay and will be returning next time I am back in this...

Everything was exceptional except the room view. The only place to be is overlooking the canal
