"Very very welcoming place to be, had my 50th birthday with family and friends and it was wonderful, the venue, food and presentation was first class service. On arrival, we had help caring our bags all the way to our room and would like to give a warm thank you to the Porter called Paul Walker for helping us carrying our luggage, very respectful and professional. "Stayed in the Balmoral suite which was a lovely spacious room, but a little dated and I would suggest may be changing the nylon curtains to freshen up the room. Your staff are excellent very accommodating in all aspects from bar service to reception to the maids. One main thing that I did notice is the car park is full of pot holes this needs to be looked at and fixed for sure."

"I left my computer charger plugged in the wall socket next to the bed, I called within 2hrs of checking out to notify the hotel that i had done this but even having had to called back the next day too they claimed (or their cleaning staff claimed) that they had not found it. I absolutely did leave it in the room, there was no way I was confused and did not. Very disappointed with the poor service of the hotel and I suspect dishonest nature of their cleaning staff."
