Great location, good hotel and well worth the price. Having CVS and Starbucks inside the property was very convenient. The hotel is also connected to the Fashion Mall which is great for shopping. I highly recommend this hotel for family and solo travelers.

Property was clean and friendly staff. Expensive hotel to stay at, and I thought the prices for everything was over priced. I enjoyed my stay but I received the same services and luxury stay as the Palazzo but the prices to eat and shop was more reasonable and affordable.

Love the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are stunning, incredibly spacious, and feel more like a home than a typical hotel room. The views are top-notch, and the location is hard to beat—everything you need is conveniently nearby. The beds and furniture are exceptionally comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in. I especially loved the bathroom products and the signature scent throughout the room—so much so that I’d recommend buying the room spray from the gift shop. The welcome note and treats waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but that may just be part of the LA hospitality style.
