"This was the worst stay ever. Nothing worked from the TV, Mini fridge, and phone. We couldn't get room service much less call the front for anything. Elevators weren't working. And someone got stuck every 15 minutes. When you bring up any of the concerns everyone acts so unaware and nonchalant. No help what's so ever. The WiFi also kept going in and out. The rooms had a moldy smell even after requesting to change the sheets. Parking lot had construction men working and security sleeping. "

"This is my second stay at the resort, given that it was at full Easter capacity it was excellent service. From check in to check out and all in between. The hotel had plenty of activities to entertain the whole family from kids to adults, we were able to find space by the pools whichever we went to so they were very well prepared for a full house… The food was great, the only thing we found tricky was reservations since I think most people with privilege booked in advance. Nonetheless the buffet was always offering different and tasty food, loved the little themes and accents around the dishes and stations. The Easter desserts were fab for the kids. A great and memorable stay. "

"This was an absolutely terrible experience, never in my entire life I have been treated like this after spending my money I highly recommend that this person be barred from using this platform for their shady business I was insulted by security guards telling me they are doing me a favor to sort out this woman’s incompetence we weren’t even given a code to enter the house we had to go back to security. The house was musty the sofa was grimy and smelly , not even a bottle of water was in the kitchen and the coffee was stale and no creamer. There was no hot water in the bathroom not enough towels "
