"Our recent stay at Ocean Coral Spring Resort in Jamaica was truly memorable, especially considering the region is still recovering from Hurricane Melissa just six months ago. Remarkably, the resort felt completely untouched—beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of life. It offered a sense of calm and exclusivity that made it a perfect escape. The private shoreline was quiet and tranquil, and after five days, we left feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely stress-free. The room service experience was genuinely five-star—prompt, courteous, and consistent throughout our stay. That said, there are a few areas where the resort could elevate the guest experience further, particularly in dining operations. We unfortunately never had the opportunity to dine at the Italian restaurant, as reservations were fully booked within seconds online, with no alternative booking options available. Martha’s Kitchen, located in the food court area, felt somewhat disorganized during peak breakfast and dinner hours. There were long lines for live cooking stations, and simple items like cheese pizza were surprisingly difficult to access during dinner. We also experienced a few operational hiccups—bagel and bread toasters stopped working twice due to breaker issues, and the crepe machine was also out of service at one point. On a more positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Thali restaurant and Sakura Japanese restaurant—both delivered excellent food and service. Small touches aro"

"Overall, I had a good stay. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful, though a few could benefit from additional customer service training. The showers could use a deeper cleaning or some refurbishment. I especially appreciated the convenience of the app, which was a thoughtful and useful touch."

"The room wasn’t impressive. Booked a junior suite, furniture and feel of the room gave antique. It was a long walk to the activities. Breakfast is not offered complimentary as part of room service and the menu is very limited for room service. No iron available in your room, so pack accordingly, as only steamers are available complimentary. Someone stole our expensive sunglasses at the pool and security was a joke. No follow up calls received after filing a report. Overall, the service is lacking in all aspects but aesthetically it’s a nice resort. "

"The property is not fully open post hurricane. Many of the amenities are not available, which was not disclosed. For example, the family side is not available which means certain amenities which are located on the family side is also not available. They are still recovering. However, the staff, the food and the entertainment was unmatched. They did their best they could to accommodate for the circumstances."

"This hotel is located in downtown Ocho Rios, what it lacks in location it makes up for in cleanliness , beautiful architecture inside and excellent staff. Everyone tried to make sure we had a good stay. The staff was polite friendly and helpful. Great for the price, will return."
