"Amazing hospitality! The owners made a priority to ensure we took full advantage of our time spent in the area. Helped organize our days events, made amazing suggestions on places to visit. Having over two decades in the hospitality industry and working in 5 star resorts, this property exceeded expectations. Beautiful appointed and grounds were very inviting. Accommodations were fantastic! Can't wait to return."

"The owners and staff at the hotel were incredible! So nice and friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed being served breakfast by Lucas. It is lovely to see they actually practise inclusion. The hotel itself could do with a little bit of TLC, especially the bathrooms. The food was very nice with a choice of lovely Chilean dishes every day. Very personalised attention and the location is fantastic. I was there for work and I didn’t have an iron in my room but they basically ran to the store...

"The location of the Sheraton was terrific except for the fact that a marathon was being run on the access road to the hotel on the day we had to leave for Valparaiso and did not know this ahead of time. We had to allow extra time as all the traffic was rerouted away from the main throughfare, had to take a golf cart then drag our luggage across the race route to get to the taxi. The hotel is looking its age, needs a revamp to get rid of old battered fruniture and replace carpets Yhe indoor pool...

"Estaba todo bien, hasta que ocupamos la ducha, y sólo salía agua fría. Tuve que llamar a recepción para que revisaran y resolvieran la situación, pero en la tarde y al día ocurrió lo mismo. El estacionamiento no está bajo techo y da directo a la calle."

"Installations was a little bit old, we could see some ants in the room. When we booked, it said there was a laundry service but finally it wasn't true but they still tried to accommodate us and did our laundry. The service was really good. For a 2 star hotel, it is really good but it was the same price as some 4 stars hotels."

"Hotel is on a quieter section of the Chilean coast far enough away from the condos and touristy areas of Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Hotel restaurant was ok. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.Rooms are clean, bathrooms are basic. Pool area was lovely and nestled in the hillside. Many restaurants nearby. Shopping in the area wasn’t great. A visit to Cachagua to see the bird life is not far away and well worth doing. "

"Well maintained hotel. Very helpful staff. Good choices at breakfast. Located a short walk from the sea front and a wide choice of restaurants. Bus stop to Valparaiso close to front door. Buses every few minutes. Don't be put off by the way t the buses drive. They get through the traffic and the driivers are really helpful."

"Do not prepay this hotel, I prepaid through Expedia and when I got there they claimed I was supposed to pay directly at the hotel, and had no records that I had already paid. I was allowed to check in without paying again, but they still took my credit card for additional expenses (in case I use the minibar or restaurant) 5 days later they still have not reversed the pre authorization in my credit card for $100 Usd. Hotel is clean but events downstairs create a noisy environment"
