What an amazing stay! Special shout-out to Benjamin for his excellent service both days we were there. Beautiful gardens and outdoor space, room was nice, great location, and we loved the breakfast and laundry service provided!! Would happily stay here again!

Lovely atmospheric hotel

Amazing hotel with lots of quirky items on display. Very good location as all of the art deco is located just above. Various restaurants are very close and identified at the hotel. The location is quite hilly but that is everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if we are ever in the area again

Nice unique stay in the old town, walkable. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Parking was available though tight - staff helped manage this. It takes a long time to get hot water to the shower - persistence pays off :)

Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel! Great area, spotless rooms, wonderful views! Annie and her entire staff are wonderful! Not to be missed if you are planning a trip to Valparaiso! They even have a shuttle that takes you to the cruise terminal! 5-star experience in every way!

What a haven in busy Valparaiso! A garden oasis! Everything was perfect! Clean comfortable large room, tastefully decorated. The best breakfast I had in Chile. All the staff and the owner were so helpful and kind, allowing me to leave my luggage for the day, advising on things to do and arranging a driver to the bus station. The view of the harbor from the garden is classic! You feel like you are on top of the world, peering down on the activity. I really loved this hotel. Highly recommended!

Personalized check in. Beautiful view and gardens to enjoy a tea or cocktail. Close to nearly everything one needs to see in Valp. I highly recommend taking a walking tour. Convenient to train to Vina del Mar. Walkable, close to good restaurants. Owners and Camilla have created comfortable inviting spaces to enjoy with numerous special touches and seem to have thought of everything one needs to make their stay superb. I highly recommend a stay at La Flora.

Our experience with AYCA La Flora Hotel was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! You could clearly see how much of the owner's care and love is stamped on the property, but the final touch is how much the staff genuinely cares for our well-being. Wait until you meet Catalina, and you'll understand exactly what we are talking about... If you are looking for a unique place to stay during your visit to Valparaiso, don't think twice - AYCA La Flora will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your time there.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of the city.

Anne was a spectacular host. Her hospitality and small touches to the hotel are appreciated. She served us the yummiest little breakfast every morning - with home made baking, and home made jams of fruit that grows in the hotel garden. Her staff are very attentive and willing to help make you comfortable whenever they can. The only note I will make is that it is located at the bottom of a dead end road; so if your vehicle is large etc, or you don’t feel comfortable driving or backing up on tight roads, it might not be the best option. That being said, they do have protected parking on site! Thanks Anne and team for a lovely stay.

We loved this boutique hotel! We stayed one night after our cruise on Celebrity Cruise lines as our flight back to the United States was a day after our cruise ended. We were blessed to have been able to meet the owners of the hotel, Alex and Ann. He is Chilean and she is German and the nicest of people! My wife and I had the biggest room which was on the top floor of the added building that was built and it was FABULOUS! Beautiful shower and bathroom, nicely furnished including a rocking chair, a king sized bed and a loft with a smaller double bed if you have children. The location of the hotel is at the top of Cerro Concepcion and close to all the restaurants, nicknack places and other type of eating establishments and is very popular with the locals! We loved it and if we are ever back in Valparaiso, Chile, we will definitely stay ther again!

Beautiful hotel and AMAZING service

This place gets 100 stars from me! The hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location and the service and staff were incredible. Delicious breakfast, airy and beautiful rooms and common spaces, the GARDENS are incredible and the staff were so helpful. Always asking if there is anything we need, what are plans are for the day and if they can help. When we checked out, we planned to take an Uber all the way to the Santiago airport. When the Ubers kept cancelling on us, I went back inside and asked them to all us a taxi. They called their private car service (which I assume they usually schedule ahead of time for guests) to come RIGHT AWAY to pick us up. The owner of the hotel waited outside with us for the car to arrive and told the driver to take good care of us. Seriously the best service I have received at a hotel anywhere! If you are considering this place, BOOK NOW, you will not regret it :)
