Ski Hotels in Province of Parma

"I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. It’s clearly just been renovated and is in excellent condition. Whilst in the centre the walk from the hotel to the main centre ( 10 minutes ) is through an ‘interesting’ area , not unsafe but definitely didn’t feel comfortable. The room I had was a duplex which I wasn’t aware of when I booked with the toilet downstairs which was strange as was in the hotel basement . There was an emergency exit door which is fine but they should state clearly it’s a one way door . I also felt the cheap wall hair dryer was very dated and not functional for a 5 star hotel . And thanks for being Pet friendly and not chargi by extra . "

"This is my second time and I had a wonderful and amazing experience as always be in Novotel. Staff were all courteous, enthusiastic, and have shown professionalism in their work. Room is clean and spacious. My only suggestion is that they need to change the breakfast food selections two or three times a week. "
