"The AC and hot water works great. The pool had stuff floating in it. Jets in hot tub was not functioning properly. The front desk personnel were the west part of the stay. One girl who was there when we checked in and was the only person who kept the service from being poor. The other 3 people I dealt with were rude and when you ask them a question they referred you to the manager, who according to the name tag was the person I dealt with last"

Didn’t get the address until after the time allotted to cancel but even once I got it shame on me for not verifying the location. Received the access code 2.5 hours after rental started and was driving from MI so was panicking because not much communication and after asking yet again for code it took over an 1.5 hours for her to give it. Was told they were cleaning...
