I enjoyed the breakfast and the property definitely felt pet friendly. I only had to tell the front desk they were out of conditioner in the shower and the coffee machine in the room was broken. They took care of it right away! It was a great hotel for the value. The bed and pillows were very comfortable . I would 💯 stay again. Thank you!

Not thoroughly clean, I found bed bugs in the first room I was in and then in the second room I was placed the bathroom counter wasn’t even wiped down. Still had someone else’s hair from them shaving. Besides that the staff was amazing.

Another excellent Hampton Inn. We have only just recently started staying in Hampton Inns and this one, like others we have stayed in, is clean, comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Serves a decent breakfast to help start the day as well.

It was good and comfortable to be in a cool room. We enjoyed the bottles in the bathroom that have soap, shampoo, and conditioner in them. But the only thing we did not like was that the iron did not work long enough.

For a small town, hotel was right in the center of everything. Next to all the restaurants and shops. Hotel itself was nice, clean, and quiet. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great.

Nice Hotel Fit Our Needs

Our room was comfortable, clean, staff was friendly had a nice free breakfast. We were there for a funeral. Our room had a little frig, small microwave, coffee pot. Beds and pillows were very comfy. We received a homemade chocolate chip cookie whic was very good and a bottle of water at ck in. Price wasnt bad but i called hotel and to book directly thur them ot was $40 more per night so i used hotels. Com. Overall me and my sister were happy with our stay, and would stay again if needed.

We evacuted to this hotel from hurricane Helene. They lost power when the storm hit, but the staff was excellent before, and after, the storm. The only reasons I gave it 4 stars was the shower head was in bad need of repair or replacement, and there were no emergency lights in the hallways or stairways, which seemed a bit unsafe. Overall, this is a great hotel. The staff was wonderful. There are also good dining options close by.

Property was clean and everyone was friendly and nice but if you are not out of your room by 10 am put the sign out because housekeeping burst in my room and my family room before we could even let them know that we were still in the room and check isn't until 11a.m. but other then that it was a great stay and will book again with a big sign on my door next time lol

The staff was exceptionally helpful (I believe the front desk associate was Arianna) and friendly. The location and room amenities were perfect for what we needed. My daughter and I have severe wheat allergies (celiac). We were able to eat eggs and sausage and yogurt. It would be great if you could add extra gf options. It was overall a wonderful experience.

My husband and I liked everything except a few things about the room - it was not the fault of the employees - I think these were corporate decisions. There was no dressers, of any kind in the room. It seemed to be some oversize because there was space for one. I went to the front desk to inquire about it and they confirmed this was so, they even looked surprised at my question. "But where is someone supposed to keep things like socks, underwear and such?" They could provide no answer. There was a series of wire baskets, but they had such wide spacing between the "weave" (they looked more like free fruit baskets) that things could easily fall through. no substitute for a proper dresser. I also did not like the sliding barn door that served as a door to the bathroom and the closet. I don't believe they really thought about this design. With only one bathroom, a couple needs access to both places, each taking turns in one or the other when getting ready to go out. They also had housekeeping come in every other day, so there were no fresh towels each day. It is hot in Georgia, and certainly we managed without fresh towels, and we could have asked for them if it was really an issue. I just surprised me. It least they might have left some spares for the next day in the bathroom. service was nice, friendly and professional. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the rooms were wonderfully clean.

While the hotel location was convenient and the overall appearance was good the room was a disappointment. We were given a handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. The edge of the shower where the shower floor meets the tile floor was deteriorating. The shower spray was weak. Switching to a stronger spray caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Any Hampton I stayed in before had a beautiful bathroom/shower. This was so disappointing after a very long day of driving.

Location was great for what we had going on. Only thing I can say was the bathroom had a terrible mildew smell and the shower had a dirt ring on the floor. Also, when i got into the shower it was so slick i had to grab the bar to avoid falling. Chemicals they used to clean it was still on it. The pillows are way too small for adults. Four pillows equal the size of one large pillow. Other than that, it was a good stay.
