"The positives are it is in a great location and walkable to the beach and about 3/4 mile walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and clean. There is convenient covered parking and management company very responsive. The rooms are dated (older kitchen and bathroom) and the furniture was worn. I understand that some units are being renovated so that may help. We had plenty of room for four of us with two queen beds in a decent size bedroom. "
