"Besides arriving late to a very hot room, followed by our daughter getting locked in our bathroom, this hotel is exceptional. Our son had to sleep on an unfortunately hard pull out couch but our main bed was very comfortable and the room was bigger than anticipated . The staff were all sweet and helpful, providing fast and amazing service. We only stayed overnight but would definitely come back to experience the spa and golf."

"Great location for catching the train. Area seemed a bit unsafe. The room was outdated but the best shower in all of London. Would stay here again only for convenience of the train. Expensive for type of hotel. "

"We had a really nice relaxing break. In fact to point that i may book every few months to get a break. Could do with a few more staff in the bar, but the breakfast was excellent. Room a good size and very comfortable. The evening restaurant food was very good as well and service excellent. Check in was quick and simple. The hotel offered everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend so air con in rooms would have been good. But the air con in the bar and restaurant was perfect. "

"Super impressed with this hotel and our stay in general. Location is great - only a few moments walk from the westgate shopping centre, room was clean and the air con kept us cool all night. The service was really outstanding. My husband mentioned in conversation that it was a birthday treat and within 30 mins we had prosecco, balloons, a handwritten card and a lovely gift delivered to our room, which was such a kind and thoughful gesture!
