Great spot, beautiful modern hotel. Shame about the major construction site right next door shaking the building all day .

Such a stunning boutique hotel. The breakfast was lovely and staff were super helpful. Great location, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was unreal, with great amenities and a bathtub with a gorgeous view.

Staff were extremely good. Prpoerty was very good. The room and servicing was superb. They had an issue witj debit cards that other hotels deal with with ease - strange

Very clean and spacious room. Only stayed one night so didn’t get to use the amenities. Very handy for the outlet centre across the road.

Very nice property in a great location. Can be a little noisy with the traffic at times during the night

The room was gorgeous, the rooftop bar was great, location was excellent but the stand out which propels this hotel into one of the best I’ve stayed at this year (approx 150+ nights) has to be the staff. They were outstanding. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Best hotel ever stayed

Had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto for business over the past week. My first time in Toronto which in itself is an absolutely beautifil city with much to explore. Also provides direct access to the PATH, an amazing underground network of shopping centre and eateries. The Fairmont Royal York...

Beautifully presented hotel and helpful and friendly staff.

Enjoyed staying at Fairmont and walked around to visit Museums and Parliament buildings. Enjoyed my holidays in Ottawa
