"Close proximity to Billy Graham Parkway. Hotel itself is extremely outdated. Wife removed tub drain stopper and cleared drain just to have water flow. Toilet was slow to drain. Instead of replacing bathroom door, someone used wall spakle to repair a hole. Never paint over door hinges. If I had it do do over again? I would opt for the Sheraton or Hilton for the additional costs might be more worth it. However, in walking distance to a convenience store, gas, and Cracker Barrel Restaurant."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process easy. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
