Great set up and easy to navigate. Easy beach access for the family and our dog. Pool is 5 feet deep at most with a separate section for a hot tub on timed jets (very relaxing) will definitely be using Ramada plaza again.

The beach combers bar was neat. Hours were short. Breakfast buffet was a great value. Beach access was very nice. Pool area was ok but dated. Room was nice although the barking dog and smell of weed in the hallway was aggravating. All and all we had a good stay here.

Indoor pool was clean, fairly large, and it opens at 8am. Property is maybe a mile from the Wright Brothers birthplace of aviation. If you go to the Wright Brothers museum be sure not to miss the North Carolina sculpture on the back side of the monument. The hotel has a very good breakfast buffet which is available for a small extra charge. The walkway to the beach has an outdoor shower.

Expensive for what you get. Room was outdated and needed some repairs. Bathroom not as bad. Shower was good with a real grab bar and soap shampoo dispensers. They charge for everything except the parking and the indoor pool which felt like a bad sauna.

Staff was friendly, besides one of the maids who was shaking her head and mumbling about some of the other residents while we were in the hall. The location is great, with easy beach access and food on site. Amenities are good. The rooms were okay. Bath mat edges were coming up, even though it was glued down. It had filth under the edges, so I pulled it up and found black mold growing under it. One day the housekeeper didn't come by, but other than that, it was was good and well worth the price.
