The Spa was way too busy. It was impossible to get access to the outdoor hot tubs as people got in early and never left them for the whole session. My stay was great! The room was clean, staff were lovely. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice and the omelette station seemed every popular. Staying in a junior suite have us access to the executive lounge that had complimentary snacks and drinks, it closes at 10 which was a little disappointing ...
