The room was beautiful, clean and had a fantastic view. They even offered us a fridge delivered at no cost when we checked in. The staff are some of the best and friendliest at any hotel I've ever stayed at. The pool is great and I couldn't find a bad thing to say about the place if I tried. Basically a perfect stay.

We literally could not fault The Four Seasons Jimbaran. The location is stunning and feels tucked away and peaceful yet you’re within an easy stroll of beach from cafes and restaurants should you want to venture out an experience local cuisine. We also loved that the property has a very traditional Balinese feel to it - made for such a special feel to the place. The staff were fantastic also. Worthwhile downloading the Four Seasons app so you can just message the staff should you need anything....

Clean, quiet frendly staff food was very good

We stayed in a pool villa for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was lovely & bright excellent view and kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious and in a lovely setting. The hotel pool is beautiful great pool bar that serves great food. The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble.

Just got back from this Hotel and to be honest, that was the most amazing hotel I have ever lived in, we booked the Cliff pool Junior Suite (Ocean view), the view was magnificent, the room was spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoy swimming in our own pool every day and night. Highly Recommended!

The Mulia is definitely 5 star if you're looking for 'luxe'. The only problem with our stay was that we paid so much money and the main pool (which I believe to be the main attraction) was under construction. Aside from that, everything was sparkling clean and amazing service.

Amazing stay and stunning view!!

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had away and the staff were so friendly. The property was clean and well maintained and not loud and noisy. I will definitely be back.

This beautifully designed hotel is a lush haven to spend time in Sanur. The facilities are excellent, with a delicious selection of food available all day. Always space available on sunbeds by the pools or on the beach with free pool towels and bikes to use during the day. Our king size suite was a delight - spacious, cool and spotlessly cleaned daily. The staff were wonderful, with surprising myself at breakfast. The rooms were very clean, and facilities was awesome. Best part of the experience was the staff being friendly and always accommodating to our needs

we had a spa room with a king size 4 poster bed and large sofa as well as a huge bathroom with 2 massage tables. included in the stay were a massage per person per day and breakfast. the facilities included a well equipped gym, 3 swimming pools, a tennis court and a yoga room. the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. not really appropriate for children but if you need a quiet retreat, this is perfect. massages are great. 70,000rupiah taxi fare to Sanur or the hotel's car is free...

The hotel is in central area amide a number of malls. We were very fortunate and grateful to be upgraded to very large and comfortable rooms. Entry to the lobby on the fifth floor is via a drop off area at ground level.Breakfasts were good with varied food offerings. Check out was easy and efficient.

Best holiday ever

My husband and I stayed at the Renaissance Bali resort and spa for two nights whilst travelling in Bali. The resort is absolute 5 star from everything from the unbelievable stylish rooms, out of this world infinity pool ,breath taking views and friendly amazing staff.
