I loved my stay here and didn't want to leave. The superior room was spacious and overlooked the forest. It was wonderful waking up to the sounds of the forest each morning, albeit early. The monkeys come close to the rooms and I loved watching them. The food was good and staff very pleasant and accommodating. The free shuttle to Ubud is great but it's a shame it doesn't run in the evening.

The staff were wonderful, with surprising myself at breakfast. The rooms were very clean, and facilities was awesome. Best part of the experience was the staff being friendly and always accommodating to our needs

We stayed in a pool villa for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was lovely & bright excellent view and kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious and in a lovely setting. The hotel pool is beautiful great pool bar that serves great food. The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble.

This is a magnificent resort in an isolated area of ubud. You feel like you are in the middle of a rainforest and have the whole resort to yourself. Unbelievably good service and really enjoyable food. Highly recommend a stay here for around 3-4 days

Best holiday ever

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had away and the staff were so friendly. The property was clean and well maintained and not loud and noisy. I will definitely be back.

we had a spa room with a king size 4 poster bed and large sofa as well as a huge bathroom with 2 massage tables. included in the stay were a massage per person per day and breakfast. the facilities included a well equipped gym, 3 swimming pools, a tennis court and a yoga room. the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. not really appropriate for children but if you need a quiet retreat, this is perfect. massages are great. 70,000rupiah taxi fare to Sanur or the hotel's car is free...

This beautifully designed hotel is a lush haven to spend time in Sanur. The facilities are excellent, with a delicious selection of food available all day. Always space available on sunbeds by the pools or on the beach with free pool towels and bikes to use during the day. Our king size suite was a delight - spacious, cool and spotlessly cleaned daily. We loved every minute of our stay here. the staff are amazing. We stayed in a family 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Pool and facilities are top notch and so relaxing, perfect for what our family needed - a few days away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The food was excellent but cocktail list definately needs improving needing more tropical cocktails instead of the fermented ones but all in all our stay was wonderful!

We’re booked in a room facing the garden... the room location was perfect the only down turn is the noise coming from on going repairs,,, but in saying so, it was necessary for the ugrades and they’re not working at night, most of the time in mid day were all guest is out doing their stuff. This was easily my best experience of staying in Bali. The whole design/mood of the hotel is contemporary but very clearly Balinese with seamless movement between areas and an open vast feel with almost perfect use of high open spaces, natural materials and the soft gentle breezes from the sea. My mum and I had the best stay at Element by Westin! We originally booked for 4 nights, but once we were there we extended our stay for another 2 nights because we loved it so much!
